[Question] Spline driver not importing with correct scale

Hey neofur forums!
I'm having an issue with the splines driving my fur not scaling correctly. When viewed with the debug "view splines", they show up as presented in the image below. Is this a bug withing neofur or is this is problem with how max exports .fbx's?

This is most likely to be a problem with transforms on your mesh (meaning it's neither a neofur issue or a max fbx export issue - it's a 3ds max issue)


I assume this is a skeletal mesh? You could try removing the skin weighting, resetting xforms, and exporting as a static mesh just to see if it fixes the issue - that will confirm that this is an issue with the transforms applied.


If that did fix your issue - you could try using something like SkinWrap modifier and some cleanup work to get your mesh re-skinned after the xform reset, maybe. This is just conjecture but that'd be where I would start.
